The decoration at this lovely motel was so charming and reminded me of a cozy countryside cottage. The common areas were beautifully furnished, making it a joy to relax and socialize with fellow guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with spacious corridors and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate around the premises.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities tailored specifically for senior guests.

Comfortable rooms at affordable price. Seems to be a getaway for couples to enjoy some undisturbed time with each other... huge mirrors, massive Jacuzzi tub. Overall good value for money.
Check in from car window a bit weird. Staff are friendly enough though and will come out to assist.

The place is quiet, close to public transportation, in a well-lit area, near the city center, and surrounded by attractions.

Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant and a refrigerated store. Also, Palazzo Borromeo d Adda was within a 15-min walk - very convenient. Loved the room with a very „ specific ” decor, my bed was comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and comfy with a unique decor and a jacuzzi and hot tub next to the bed, just what was needed. We liked the wake-up service available. - the hotel location was secure and convenient to reach Milan city center.

This is a hotel for prostitutes or secret affairs. Rude staff.

The shower was good.
On arrival my passport was confiscated for the duration of my stay. Other hotels in Italy take a copy and hand it back straight away. There is no restaurant in the hotel. It took me ten minutes from deciphering what the staff were saying and finding there was no restaurant to actually having a cleaner tell me there was one next door. In the meantime I was shown a refrigerated store with supermarket style ready meals that I could have heated to eat in my room. Eaten out of the package, so I can only assume they have no plates. After explaining several times that I wanted to eat elsewhere, and having turned down the supermarket supplies, I was told that the restaurant next door could supply food and by that time the man on reception had actually learned to speak English. He actually took me to the corner around which the restaurant was. The cleaner showed me a door that led directly into the restaurant from the hotel. Presumably the restaurant owners have found the management at the hotel to be just as awkward as I found them to be. I could say lots more, but I feel i am wasting my time as you obviously make money by recommending them and are likely to ignore my assessment. Incidentally, my booking included "breakafast". As you can appreciate from the above, I did not manage to get one. Can I have some financial compensation?

Huge bathtub with hydromassage, minibar included in the cost, close location to excellent restaurant Cascina dei Silos (sea food recommended)
Location is pretty out of anywhere, you need a car, but it's motel afterall.

The room is wide, the style is a little oldy but I really appreciated the jacuzzi in the bathroom; it is a wide one and 2 people can lie in it. The staff is really friendly and helpful as soon as you ask for help or advice.

Affable and helpful staff who were always there to help. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a very "specific" decor. - Hair dryers, a spa bathtub, and a bidet were very handy.
